Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. The AI model is downloaded once into your browser and your photo is processed on your own device. It is never sent to our servers.

Why is the first run slow?

The first time, your browser downloads the AI model (about 100 MB). After that it is cached, and later photos are processed much faster.
